The car seat in the back was completely removed but no one told me when I got my keys. So unfortunately, my 1 year old had to stand outside in the 20° cold while I had to reinstall it. I understand if it was necessary to remove the seat, but it would have been a much better experience had I known that before I got outside to my car with my toddler.

Have audio of tech seemingly impacting the vehicle with something. Also hear him making rude remarks. I don’t believe I will trust my vehicle with Moses in the future.

Charging too much for a tire rotation and oil change. Tried to charge me 180.00 dollars to clean battery terminals is insane. I am a 69 year old woman, and I know how to clean them myself. When I saw you trying to charge me the price for cleaning battery terminals, I was furious. I can buy a new battery and have it installed cheaper than that. What were you thinking? Trying to take advantage of a senior citizen is how I see it. I know the price of things have gone up. But that is ridiculous.

I think Gary does a wonderful job. I think the service manager does a good job also. I am a curious person by nature and used to work on cars myself. There are a few questions that I need to look for the answer first before I disturb or take up anybody’s time in the service department.
