When I scheduled the appointment via phone, I mentioned my auto wipers were acting up. When I arrived for service today, Cassidy said this was an “express” and that if I needed my wipers looked at I’d have to come back a different time. That’s confusing and unresolved. I paid when I left, but the PromisePay website says I have a bill for $51.41. I sent a text in about that but I didn’t hear any response. $190 for an oil change, rotate and balance is a premium price to pay, and I would expect premium service.

Tyler Hager does a great job, excellent communication, explained the problems and provided a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced. However, concerning the actual service - it seems to me that this return trip, due to a bolt working loose after a transmission replacement, could have been avoided if the replacement had been checked and reviewed properly. This is not a reflection on Tyler. He did his job well.
