Made a appointment for oil change at noon got there 15 minutes earlier, sat for over a hour waiting to find out the didn't even started to work on my vehicle , I took my vehicle somewhere else n not planning to use your service

The entire service desk crew were sympathetic to my needs, quick to diagnose the issues, and on the ball with a repair. Can't ask for anything more than that. Well, they were also friendly.

Tonya was great she was right there as soon as I drove my car in for service. I waited for a reasonable amount of time to have my service done. I appreciate the thorough job the Handy St Albans service team does from start to finish. I enjoy the text message updates as I waited and the video that was done showing me important check points essential for my car. Will be back soon for my next service appointment
