The hierarchy of work orders was slow and inefficient. The:problem list' was wrong. The intended work was indicated, but at the end there was no report of what was actually done. I could go on!

While it is appreciated to receive complimentary service, it was ridiculous to be there for 3.5 hrs to complete a simple oil change and tire rotation.

Your system failed to notify your service rep that I okayed repairs on our Rav. My son took a day off to get the repair on the car, which could not be accomplished before he had to get back. Also, I was quite displeased to find that we have to pay for adjustments to repair brakes that you charged about $1000 to install in Oct.
