Upon leaving, glove box drawer was opened and now will not shut. Lock is now loose. That is not the way it was brought in for an oil change. Dealer will need to fix. Why was the glove box needed to be opened for an oil change?
Much miscommunication during scheduling appointment … was told wait would be 1 hour with the recall repair. Wait was well over 2 hours.
Discussed mailer coupon when scheduling oil change for $24.95. Was told there would be a note of it on file. Ended up there isn’t a coupon for the oil change, just tire rotation, and I was charged around $90. Would have gone somewhere else had I understood this.
After waiting for the car to be done was informed of things that were found for recommended repairs. Most places inform customer BEFORE the scheduled repairs are completed.
It was easy to schedule (I got an appointment the next day), I got a free rental which made logistics easier, and everything for the recall repairs were handled quickly and painlessly.

They could not find a reason for my check engine light. Yet they checked everything and reassured me I could drive safely. Hopefully they will determine why the light is on

Maybe its on me but i had an 8:45 appointment and my car wasnt done until 3:15 for an oil change. I realize i said i wasnt waiting for it but i dont understand the drop off/wait for it difference. I would like an estimated time done in the future i wasnt expecting that late
William is great, very helpful and knowledgeable part to your team. It’s always nice when he greats you with a smile and cracks jokes that make it fun and welcoming to be with Toyota. 10/10 great service experience!
Naim was great and I do not want this review to reflect negatively on him. However, what was originally supposed to be a 2 hour appointment was nearly 4 hours long. Again, I enjoyed working with Naim and his communication was great, it just took too long
Left emails and messages for service manager to contact me regarding an issue, I have yet to hear back from them. Another dealership totaled my engine after I sought out services from Handys
An email was sent to operations manager and GM regarding my disappointment in the service department at Handy so I don’t feel the need to send all the information again. The lack of communication was incredibly frustrating. The original email was sent to the GM, service manager, and Niam (my service agent). With no response. It seems evident that the service team is not customer oriented, which is unfortunate as the sales team has been wonderful to deal with for myself and my significant other. Before bringing my vehicle to your service department, I was recommended to go elsewhere and I should have listened. All the best to you,, I do not need to be contacted by a representative.
