When I arrived, there were 2 people in the waiting room. I don’t understand why it took nearly 2 hours to do 2 pretty simple tasks-oil change and tire rotation. When I got into my car upon completion I noticed my tire pressure light was still on. I went back in and asked Alan if they checked the tire pressure and he immediately said yes. I told him the tire pressure light was still on. He told me to drive it back in and he filled the tires. My question is, if you rotate the tires, don’t you check the tire pressure? I then checked the list of things done and tire rotation was not checked.
I drive from Williston to go to your dealership. I have leased 4 cars from you. I have never complained but I have found for the past year or so that your service department has not been as good as it was.

I had an issue with my car and I was able to bring it in immediately to be assessed. Darren and Errol were extremely kind and helpful. I was made aware of the next steps and an estimated time my car would be there. And I was able to get my car back in their estimated window. I am very happy with my experience.
Asked to have the seatbelt looked at during my visit as it was not working properly. Nothing was communicated back to me and turns out the seatbelt still does not work.
Always have a very good experience at Handy Toyota. Darren is great to work with.

Over $200 for 2 hours on an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. Haven't ever paid that much or waited that long for those services especially with having an appointment.
Darren was awesome. Helpful and patient and very friendly. Great person. The actual service was challenging as the cap to my oil fill was left off and caught a few days later and oil got everywhere in the engine bay and now I have to bring back on Monday for a service re-do which means i have to miss work. Adam sent out another cap and some oil on Saturday to get me thru. Great idea and response. But i will be back in on Monday.
Absolutely love working with Donnie Lefevre and have not had any complaints about the service.
