My oil change was scheduled at noon and took 2 hours.
Darren was very polite and assisted me during a very stressful incident of my car battery dying unexpectedly. Was very considerate of my concerns with the several caution and other lights that came on. He assured me it was probably due to battery issue. They got my car in the next morning. I have always taken my Highlander to Handy’s because of the excellent service I have received. Thank you

I did not see name tags this morning, but the young man that processed my appointment did a perfect job for me. Besides processing my work order, he listened to me, patiently, answered questions, or referred me to the person who could, he kept me informed. I was very satisfied with today’s appointment.

One gentleman who had been there just 1/2 hr asked how long I had been waiting. He said maybe you need to buy the ??pkg? And then he was called?? Wow?

I have always been pleased with service.
I’ve always purchased winter tires from LaRoses garage and visit with an old friend while they services vehicle.
