#1 The 3.5 hr wait for an oil change with an appointment.
#2 when my car was done i was going over the final check list it showed everything check marks of everything good but then I scrolled down and saw the recommended things to be done and I see air and cabin filter need to be changed so why was it marked good when they need to be changed
And thats ok but I feel someone could have came and told me while I was sitting there I could have gotten them changed right there I could have gotten them changed right there.
I didn’t take that long for me to wait for my vehicle usually it’s a bout 2 hours and that’s just about how long it took
Felt like a sales gimmick. I called Toyota Glendora , Claremont and Ontario. Glendora was the cheapest price of $450 over the phone both Claremont and Ontario where 550 and 590.
When I got there, they magically increased the price to 490 with a $200 inspection fee that is not refundable.
Still… Being the cheapest, I decided to go ahead with the work. Then the mechanic called me and said the wiring harness has been discontinued and now he has to change everything and they don’t know how many hours of work it will be so they will get a old used part from another Tacoma and magically charge me $590 (additional $100).
So I got an old part and got charged more. I would have taken my car back, but I already lost the $200 (inspection fee) and it would have been more expensive to go somewhere else at that point. I purchased 3 cars from you guys just to get ripped off for being a loyal customer.
