Repair was completed in far less time than I was told to expect and the result of the repair could be felt as soon as I drove away from the dealer. Service department personnel are top notch.
You gave me an estimate of $4350 approximately to fix my car. I have a friend who knows cars and he has it running nicely after new spark plugs and a couple of other things he did. And for your "expertise: I had to pay you $210!! Don't think I will be back to **** Smith. OH, you charged me $105 last week just to.pop open the gas cover. That is all I brought the car in for and was quoted aost $800 to fix that and still wanted $210 for that. When I balked at that Aaron did cut it in.half. what a racquet you have going on there. Goodbye.

Thank you for an easy process
My car is a year old with the original tires. I didn’t think I would have to pay for rotation and balance. Normally when I have taken my old cars to Good year or Discount Tire I would not pay for tire rotation and balance when the tires were purchased there. I’m not pleased at all. Also, my appointment was at 7:15 another lady and I had to wait until 7:30 for the service desk associate to arrive.
Chris King, I observe each time I visit for service and see him working with customers as well as with me, shows courtesy,respect, and patience along with other team. Therefore, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else for maintenance. Thanks team:) Chris King, thanks again for such excellent service.
Service took significantly longer than originally stated at drop-off. Otherwise service was good, as usual. A small aside - I looked up OEM air filters costs, and at $140 to replace the two air filters, that equates to paying nearly $100 for the what is less than 10 minutes of a technician's time. I would have been fine paying a slight premium, and would have paid to have it done for the convenience, but that is exorbitant.
