No I wasn’t completely satisfied with my service. When the gentleman was asking about what brought me in today? I explained that I came for an oil change. He proceeded to tell me about what I needed done to my car and have I had this done response was no I just need an oil change. He proceeded to talk about the difference in the oil. That one weight was heavier and how one disburses through the car quicker along with the prices. My response was okay but I mentioned my coupon was sent to me by your company and I was viewing over it to see what oil was recommended for my car and His remark was what ever that’s worth talking about the coupon and responded you take that up to cashier they would handled that. He was talking about the oil prices that were 85 - 95 dollars which I understood that, but that was before applying the coupon discount. I understand that, but I felt he was rude by his remark. You didn’t let me completely respond to what I came for and what was needed and what I expected from the coupon and anything else that would follow. I felt rush in ways to make a choice that’s when I called my other half and he told me that 20w synthetic was recommended for my car. I felt the gentleman was a little frustrated before or during our encounter. He could not recommend anything to me at this point because of his first impression he gave me. I truly have given **** Smith’s Nissan outstanding customer service in the past with my children and spouse vehicle. When I decided to leave the Toyota family and join the Nissan family my experience was great until this encounter. Only one positive thing came out from this unpleasant experience was you took care of the recall about the key.
Satisfied with the service very much so. But, what; no customary car wash? Spend over $500 in repairs and no wash? That's not **** Smith Nissan reputation and standard.
Mr. George was willing to help and that he did. I always like his service and hope that he might be my service advisor again.
