Kaitlyn was great, but I’m bothered by a code being in my car that was not there when I dropped it off and no one offered to try and turn it off after I brought it to their attention. I was told it is because I plugged an aftermarket code reader in???? (what) that isn’t a thing they are all aftermarket….she did take the code to the tech to ask him about it and he told me if there is no drivability issues it’s fine, but it’s not though because it shouldn’t be on if it wasn’t on when I dropped it off. I feel the technician could have at least pulled it back in to check or shoot fake me out and make me think you checked on it. I’m very frustrated with this.

Some of the recommendations sent by the computer was a little questionable. Not to mention I would have rather someone explain to me the issue with my tire instead of getting a text with tire and mount for $284.94. I would someone come to me and show me a picture of the damage to my tire. It just seemed a little bit off to expect me to just approve work without knowing what the issue was.

Mr. George was completely knowledgeable and very professional when it came to my service appointment. Last time I was there Ms. Dock also was very professional and knowledgeable. So far the two service advisors have gone above and beyond. Please continue the outstanding work but most importantly thank you for your excellent customer service.

Kaitlyn and the entire service team was spectacular. It was our first visit and both of our Rogues had the 15,000 mile service. Kaitlyn was very professional, kind, and paid attention to detail. I generally don't use dealerships. In the past, their charges for the work done has been expensive and has taken a long time to complete. However, **** Smith has been the opposite. Also, they have been polite and the facility has been clean.
