When we picked up the truck, it was not washed like the representative said that it would, and the tire pressures were still low. We had to take it back into the shop to check those out. Also, it was never explained to us how water got into the passenger rear door, so although the clog was cleared we’re not confident that it won’t happen again since nothing was repaired.
Daniel is always kind, honest and follows through. He is a gem to the service department and i am always satisfied when he helps me with my Nissan Rogue Sport.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service I've received from **** Smith Nissan of Columbia regarding my 2013 Nissan Altima.
I dropped off my vehicle due to serious issues: it was stalling out in traffic, not performing well during my routine commutes, and there was a concerning noise when shifting gears from park to neutral and drive. I was hopeful for a resolution, but my experience has been far from satisfactory.
The Nissan service department had my car for an entire week, leaving me stranded at home over Thanksgiving. To make matters worse, they put over 100 miles on my car without replacing any gas. After all of that, they concluded that it might be my fuel pump, but since they couldn't replicate the issue long enough for their machine, they deemed it not "bad" enough to warrant a replacement.
I purchased this car from **** Smith Nissan in August 2024, and it has been in the shop every month since then. Each time, I receive my car back dirty, with visible black marks on the seats, door handles, and dashboard. This is unacceptable for a dealership that should prioritize customer care and vehicle maintenance.
Additionally, I have a notarized "IOU" document that remains unfulfilled, adding to my frustration with the overall service.
I am beyond fed up with this car and the lack of customer satisfaction. I do not feel safe driving my vehicle, and I urge potential customers to consider this when choosing a dealership. I hope to see improvements in service and customer care in the future.
