I ask the woman who filled out my repair sheet to put new wiper blazes on rear window, but it was not on my receipt and wasn’t done.
There was a little bit of a wait time before I got checked in. The shop had me in and out as my expectations were set by the service guy that checked me in. The only area of opportunity for Nissan is that there were no complimentary snacks and drinks. I’m diabetic and hadn’t eaten anything. I was going to stop and get food but didn’t want to be late. I knew that they normally have a few bags of chips or crackers and diet drinks, so I came straight over. The snacks are actually 1 of 2 reasons for why I come to Nissan over alternative places that offer cheaper prices. The other reason is the Nissans rewards. Problem is they aren’t calculating correctly anymore so I’m not getting the usual discount. I also was told that I would get a complimentary spray down(wash) but they didn’t do it. It was supposed to rain later so I didn’t make a fuss over it. Kaitlyn and I interacted well and she was courteous. I hope the two biggest issues (snacks & rewards) are fixed the next time I come in.ill be praying on this.
I was very satisfied with Rick. He was very nice but the people that changed my oil did not put the sticker on for the next service
I appreciated Daniel assisting me with questions I had regarding my maintenance.
We purchased the vehicle with oil changes to be included. They have charged my son, and attempted to charge me.
This matter needs to be corrected, especially when you have already paid for a service to be included.

My vehicle is 6 yrs old has only 36k miles does not need all that crap they said I drive maybe200miles a month
I was told that my car would be done at 5:30pm and they had failed to tell me that my car was ready. I had to call the service department three times in order to get an update on my vehicle and was told that every one had packed up and left. I was able to get my vehicle from the kind cashier, but I am highly upset that I wasn’t informed about my vehicle.
