Improving communication between customers and employees. Update system, a client should not be asked to send a coupon to a email address. Improve customer service across the board. My biggest disappointment at today’s visit is that they couldn’t locate my vehicle keys.

Riccardo is a great advisor. I purchased some windshield wipers and asked if the techs could put them on. The techs forgot and he stopped what he was doing to put them on. Great asset to your team.

As soon as I arrived my vehicle was checked in. Kaitlyn notified me of all services that were being performed. As soon as the vehicle was finished she let me know so I could get checked out.
