Alejandro was wonderful with keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle and explaining the mechanical issues in terms I could understand once the service had been completed. He also provided me with service recommendations that I will be completing in the near future!
I could have sworn( I'm still looking for my paperwork " ) that I was told my the sales man that sold me my car ,that because I bought the car there I would get free oil changes as long as I got the rest of my maintenance work gone there . But when I brought my car today I was told something different. And I was charged over a hundred dollars for oil change..

The guy who is at the service counter, Keith Lubrano was extremely disrespectful towards me when I pulled in with my 2006 Honda Pilot. At discovering he couldn’t roll down my window ( my window motor at my driver door us worn out) he remarked that I needed a new car. He continued to ask about my hail damage, and continued to shame me and my car when the oil change ( the only thing I was there for) was done.
At the counter he said that he doesn’t know if I should put much more money into my car, said he’s never seen 3 “1” tires before. He acted like I don’t know my car is in bad shape. He corrected me when I asked why my hazard lights are on. He said they’re “ emergencies”. I’ve been driving for over a decade. I can call them hazards.
I’m not sure if it was because I’m a woman, or if he doesn’t financially struggle and can’t relate, but I’ve never been so caught off guard and disrespected. He need to keep his opinions about whether or not I should buy a new car to himself and just help me with what I want, and can afford to get done.
Also, he didn’t roll up my window all the way and damaged my silicone trim around the window. Horrible experience.
