They did not call to tell me the parts were in. I was on a wait list for parts. I had to call them and they said parts were in. When I asked why nobody called he did not have a response. Actual service was great. I like the video portion.

When we bought the vehicle we were told free oil change for life and today we were told if you don't accept all maintenance the car numbers reveal you don't. That's kind of rotten to not make that clear when purchasing. Today's oil change should have been free due to this miscommunication as a jestire of good will.
