Very Good and Friendly Services
The service team was great. Friendly pick up and delivery people. My only qualm, please don’t ask for confidential information in a text or email. Especially from an unknown sender. Ask if the client would rather receive texts or phone calls. Otherwise I’m very happy with the service!

My problem was not fixed! My car was returned with the exact problem I dropped it off with. My car was at the dealer for almost 4 weeks and my issue is not resolved.
Jacob was wonderful. However the dealership did not wash my vehicle. I was told it was an environmental issue. However when I picked up my vehicle you were washing all of the cars on the lot, so I don’t believe it was an environmental issue. I will be contacting Genesis corporate to let them know of my displeasure. Every time that I have brought my car in for service my car was washed and cleaned.

Everything was spectacular. Justin was very efficient and explained everything very carefully before and after my service. I will definitely be going back for more work on my G 90 as necessary.

Very attentive and quick to provide service, despite being only office attendant on the day I went into to get my vehicle serviced. I was extremely happy with his thoroughness in explaining the service process, providing pertinent information like complimentary services included in my lease agreement. One of my vehicle concerns was completely ignored, unfortunately. I mentioned an issue when making the appointment, when the valet driver picked up the vehicle, and when I received the message that my vehicle was “done.” I know that it was never addressed because it’s not on my paperwork at all. That’s very frustrating.
My only issue is that it took 3 hours waiting for a recall and oil change. Too long with no updates. They did wash my car which was nice.
Outstanding staff. They clearly care and want to do the best to represent Genesis and I am extremely happy with the Pasadena store. I moved from Santa Monica which frankly is a mess and terribly managed. A swing different between the two of a million percent.
The wait was a little tooooo long. However, all the employees were so kind and friendly. Justin was very great and professional.
