The service that was completed was fine, but here are some things I noticed during my visit.
- I asked for the wiper fluid to be refilled, but it qas not
- I texted the number I was given for an update, but no one responded
- I called the line while I was there, but no one picked up
- I went to see Kendall and waited for a few minutes at his desk, but he wasn't there
- Another rep next to him said he would come check in with me, i never got a check in and waited 45 minutes
- I just randomly went to the checkout desk and my paperwork and keys happened to be there ready to go, but the woman was on the phone
- I was given my keys with no communication, no idea where my car was
Communication is a very real issues and the customer facing staff did not listen, respond, or communicate during this visit.
We were told on the phone that we could get our full Services needed with a Saturday appointment. After arriving at the dealership we found that that was not true and very disappointed we had wasting our time. However they did do a part of the service and that service was fine and WE appreciate we were not charged.
I use a walker to get around. everyone made it so easy for me to drop off and pick up car. Their service assistance was greatly appreciated
My issue isn’t with one person, it’s your entire service department. No one acknowledges when a customer comes in let alone greet them, I’ve seen this many times. I was helped by 3 different advisors this last time so not an issue with one advisor. When my car was visibly ready, no one came to me, I checked as it was back in the service bay. Then told to go to cashier and paper work not ready. I was the only one in the service dept waiting! Then no car wash because I was told it was broken, yet one was driving out as I went to check. This will be my last service with your dealership and I will not do any more business here.

I have visited the service area for the 4th time now and every time I leave the dealership with a couple of miles the check engine light comes on again. I’m not sure if the car has been tested drive after the service but it’s very strange to me that the engine light comes on as soon as I leave the dealership. In one of the service performed the undercarriage covers were unattached with I have to bring the issue to the service advisor in two different occasions before the issue was corrected. Unfortunately, the customer service rendered by some of the advisors is not to the level of so prestigious dealership. My recommendation to the mentioned issues is more management involvement to correct both issues; quality control and customer service orientation.
