Greg has done exceptionally great work. He did take care of my car and myself when I didn't had car exactly how he said he would do. I am glad I was at this center and blessed to have Greg do the job for me.

The requested car wash did not clean the exterior of the car. It looked like it was just hosed down with water. Everything else was fine though

Ahmad is a wonderful service consultant! He was professional, friendly and solved the mystery of linking my new phone to my car.
I was charged $206 by the service department and all they did was replace a $5 fuse. I am not happy about this and feel like I got robbed.
The website said the tires I wanted were available. Got to the store was informed they were not. Went with a different option, somehow only 3 tires could be found. Finally went with what was in stock, the sale price was good, glade to get the alignment done at the same time (one stop shopping) Will go to a tire store to get what I want (higher rated tire) next time (50k miles haha)
Very irresponsible, a poorson made me wait too long purposely just because i said” please speak louder and more clear.
Just want to charge too high . And too cheap to trade my car.

I have had my car serviced here a few times over the last 18 months. It always takes a great deal of time from the time the service is done and the car is parked until the “paperwork” is completed and the car is avail for pick up. Is there anyway that the “paperwork” can be completed on a faster timeframe? I have found that it takes 30-45 mins until the paperwork is completed.

Bad service of John Self. Waiting 3 hours for a headlight went to check after 3 hours. They never came back to me to tell me situation of the car. Was sitting in parking lot
They did not diagnosed why the car was not accelerating
The last time I brought my vehicle in for service my car was unexpectedly inspected, which was thoughtful, but, the pass inspection stickers were not put on my vehicle and I had to come back to have them put on it was driving around with no stickers for 24 hours. I did speak with the service manager and she said the next service would be free. I also asked if it was possible for a discount on tires when I needed those and she said she would look into that. It's been noticeable in the last few months, how bad the customer service has become
Hello, I hope you’re doing well. I had an appointment at 11:30 am, on Saturday 12-20-2024 for Sonata. It took almost 3 hours for only oil change and brake flush. I bought my car here and I always used the service here. But it seems the new management or new employees don’t care about customers. They don’t explain anything when we asked them. Also worst part is that since I got my car, the front seat heater is not working. I do do not what happened when they serviced my car.
Shaun Fauz continues providimg outstanding customer support. From vehicle drop off and throughout the service visit, i was informed on every aspect of the services performed, and always feel that maintenance costs are fairly priced. Due to his efforts, I feel my SUV is properly maintained and safe.
