My advisor, Roberto didn’t keep me informed about the status of my car, which in the end resulted in me being there for a total of 6 hours waiting. He said they were very backed up, but there were at least 3 people who got in at least 2hours after me, be done well before me. Also I don’t understand why management didn’t remove some spots from the calendar once they decided on the day to do the holiday lunch party, which halted everything for just over an hour. Thankfully John, who happened to check me in, saw me as i was leaving and he helped answer my questions and walk me through what did or didnt get done on my car, since roberto didnt go over it with me. Very disappointed and furious with this recent visit, as it shouldve taken at most only 4 hours. Im a patient and very understanding person, but 6 hours for what was on my list to get done/have checked is just absurd. Thankful for the two ladies at the checkout desk and very thankful for John.

I brought my car in for a 10:15sm appointment and was asked to give them until noon. When no one had contacted me by 12:50 I went to the desk to see how much longer I needed to wait and they couldn’t even find my paperwork. Not a huge confidence builder. I was told the car would be brought around after windshield wipers were replaced. Didn’t walk out until 130. Three hours and fifteen minutes seems a bit excessive for a basic service appointment. I was pleased to see my car had been washed and was also told that I may receive a discount of some kind on my next service. That would be much appreciated.
Don’t contact me.. outside of Seanc my experience with your service department was awful. It’s a genuine disappointment and I never plan to purchase another car from you all moving forward.
I brought the car in for two service recalls. I was told the car was done, but when I showed up, only one recall was completed. I had to wait for the second one to be done.
Only thing I would comment on is the last few times I’ve been there it seems to take an unusually long time for service now. Not sure if you’re down on mechanics but it does seem like longer wait times.
Issue that I brought GV80 in for remaied, despite paperwork stating that teck identified issue and repaired it.
Took much longer than it should have for the service. Also - reported an issue w the engine light that is no longer on but had a major issue w the car when it was on a few days ago. Guy said ‘the light wasn’t on, that’s the tire pressure light’ - like I don’t know the difference. Not sure what can be done but I have a feeling no one looked into anything when they thought ii was confused by the tire pressure light. Guess I will have to hope my car doesn’t do that again and break down. Car was basically not drivable
Simple acknowledgement of customers entering the area, and offering to help would go a long way. I was ignored both during the drop off and the pick up. It was very unprofessional and lacks customer service/focus.
WRONG oil was put in my car during oil change. Made appointment on a Saturday only to find out that the person who needs to work on my car doesn’t work then.
