Was dissatisfied after my visit yesterday. Car went in working fine for an oil change and inspection. I left with my front windshield wipers not working, but the back ones did. I called my service rep, he said he was going to talk to the tech and get back to me and never did. Then on top of that, I have a light tan suede ceiling interior on my GV80 that the mechanics got grease on and now I can’t get it out. How do I go in one way and come out with things not working and car stained!?
On another note I want to shoutout the two folks at the service desk where you pay. They were very sweet and lovely to work with.
Did not wash my car. Gave me the car back with the windows open on a very cold day bad service!
This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever had in my life from EVERYONE I dealt with except for Eli. I never plan to return to this dealership unless the repair doesn’t hold. Trust me, you don’t want me to return to this dealership. This place is an absolute joke.

I'm writing to share some feedback regarding my recent service experience. While I appreciate the work done on my vehicle, I had some concerns about the communication throughout the process.
Specifically, I'd like to emphasize the importance of regular updates. My vehicle was at the service center for nearly two weeks this time, and I only received updates when I proactively called in. Ideally, I would have appreciated receiving periodic text message updates to keep me informed of the progress. Knowing the status of the repair and estimated completion timelines would have significantly improved my experience.

It wasn’t bad. And this was not his fault. But three times I have told your service department about the fact that my Hyundai Santa Fe has a new engine which was installed at 109,000 miles. But for some reason you can’t or you refuse to put that in the notes about my vehicle. I have to explain it all over again. I didn’t feel like I was given time to explain I didn’t feel like I was heard. But this occurs pretty much every time I bring that car in.

The first guy who checked me in SHOULD NOT be in customer service. He is rude and demeaning. Kendall was kind and incredibly helpful. The service techs also took it upon themselves to blame me for breaking my windshield wipers even though the car is brand new and I don’t do any maintenance on my car myself due to my ignorance about car care. I was quoted $1000 despite purchasing the additional warranty packages. Because of this, I wil never return to Hyundai Chantily and will consider a new brand when purchasing a car in the future.
