I had a appointment for a re-paint on my car that was painted the first time in June. I was told to drop my car off on Monday and it would be finished on Friday. I never heard from Kendall so called and he said it would be the following week. When I asked if they started the work he told me it had been sanded but not painted. I drove by the dealership and that was a lie. My car was not touched. It sat on the lot for a full week without a thing being done to it. So frustrating
The service personal are helpful and proficient when you can reach them via telephone or in person. I find the computer system very frustrating. I bought a Hyundai and then later my wife bought a Genesis. My account keeps disappearing and falls under my wife’s account and info. So to schedule service I have to always troubleshoot account issues and contact information. This is also problematic when getting updates on the car. Sometime I get a call. Other times it’s my wife and still other times nothing. Then when paying, online shows that I have paid but when picking up the car it shows I haven’t. In the last six months or so, the process and systems for scheduling service has been very frustrating.
Kendall has always taken good care of me every time I bring my Tucson in for service.

The quoted price did not match with the final invoice. John was kind to provide discount so that the price was closer but it still appears to have been off by about $50. With the quote not breaking down parts vs labor I wasn’t able to calculate exactly what I should have paid (oil change was missing from the quote as well). I appreciate John trying to make it right, but I will no longer be bringing my car here. This is the second issue I’ve had with pricing transparency.
I was informed that one front tire was missing 2 lug nuts, I asked the representative if they replaced them or if they took one off another tire so it was and 4 on the front tires. “Oh idk, maybe. You’ll have to look. The tire is tight now so you should be okay.”
I feel like if something like that is pointed out especially if it could be life threatening, there should’ve been some resolution even a temporary one and the representative should be aware of such.
Other than that issue, everything was great and he was super nice.
I asked not to have the windshield wipers and the cabin replaced but it was done anyway

Was sent a message about recommended service (filter changes, tire alignment, etc) I tried calling 5 times and got disconnected all 5 times. I approved the service electronically and when I arrived to pick up my car none of it was completed.
