It is not acceptable to make an appointment at 7 AM and had me wait until the technician arrived at 8 AM. I got an email reminder saying that I should come at 7 AM. Such thing should not have happened. It was so stupid for you to make an appointment and asked the customer to wait until the technician came. I said stupid because your business practice was so stupid. But the receiving advisor did not say he was sorry nor gave me any word of apology. If hyundai made a stupid mistake, you made a stupid mistake. Sean said it happened because of the AI scheduler made stupid mistakes. Do not use the stupid AI scheduler unless you feel confident. Customers have other things to do and other responsibilities. Do not use customers' time to make profit. It was so stupid for you to make me an idiot. I lost my self-esteem and felt humiliated so much. But Shaun shared my grief and comforted me with his kind word. I have high respect for Shaun as he cared for the customers' emotion. But the other guy did not show any moral remorse for unacceptable scheduler. I damaged my morning work schedule at my work. Overall, hyundai of chantilly has not shown any good behavior thus far and I feel very unpleasant whenever I need to visit you. Shaun was kind because his personality is kind. His kindness doesn't have anything to do with Hyundai's policy. Hyundai did not build kindness and equity into its business. I had to pay the same amount of money for the same starting motor within one year, which was so stupid too. Nobody can like Hyundai motors. It was a horrible experience. It will never be forgotten. Hire more receptionist and scheduler for careful scheduling. Please do not use the AI scheduler. Invest money for the website scheduler. You don't have any scheduler on your website. Where did you spend all your profit? I couldn't talk to any human being for scheduling. Why are you so stupid?

Service advisor is humble, kind , soft spoken and really a person to whom sincerity is admirable. A helpful person for the customer because of that customer wants to come for car service, car purchase and recommend others. Honesty builds lasting business and cheat last only few times.

Dropped off my Ioniq 5, Unable to AC charge. Recall software update was performed but it did not fix the problem. ac charging does not work and the car is popping breakers and has fried my level 2 Charger. Headed back to dealership to speak with service manager. ICCU chip is a know issue with Ioniq 5 and not sure why you would tell me it is fixed when it was not?
