I was able to make the appointment for the very next day which was nice. Also, since I was waiting for the work to be done and expecting a two + hour wait, I was very pleased all the work was done within an hour! That’s great customer service!

Issue still not fixed and I’ve had my car there four times now. It’s been very inconvenient
I received a text saying my car was ready so I went up to the desk and the woman said it wasn't ready yet they were still working on the paperwork then I waited for 20 minutes and went back up to the desk and it still wasn't ready. I asked why did he send the text? She said let me go find out. Another 10 minutes goes by and finally she has my paper and keys. Then I ask where my car is and I am told either along there or out front. Search is on 2 1/2 hrs after I brought my car in for the recalled camera. Got into my car and someone left there water bottle in my car and the driver seat was not put back into its position.
Why i received email and text for the service. I never took my car to service tody. It was couple days ago and zero cuatomer service was provided. I will never come to chantilly service

Simple battery check following dead battery previous day.
I have been to your service center twice for the same problem with the heat not working in my cab of my vehicle . At this pointe I would not recommend your service center . Maybe a third attempt will be a charm .

Still don’t know why my Santa Fe is using so much oil. I goggled Hyundai and found that a lot of Hyundais and KIA are having the same problems. Will be back after a thousand miles for another check.
