Roberto Santamaria did nothing wrong. He was professional and polite. He even took the time to check my file to ensure another recall I was concerned about was already performed.
My issue is I scheduled an appointment, which was specifically for the backup camera. I was told 1.5 to 2 hours maximum. It took 3 hours 10 minutes. This has happened multiple times where I have an appointment, and I'm told a couple hours a basic oil change and tire rotation when I check in, and it takes up to 4 hours. I'm done cases it has taken longer. This is unacceptable, and they need to learn much better time management and communicate with customers when it's going to take much longer than expected and told it would.
I will always ask for Shaun. He always gives me good, honest advice and suggestions.

The customer service in general was not a great experience, I never received a call first at all I had to continuously call and no one would answer the calls I called the entire department to get a hold of anyone. Then personally took an uber up to the location to talk to someone. There was no apologies what so ever at all over the call or direct contact when I came in. I’ve been going to this location for over 5 years been a customer since I’ve bought my car.

Great service from the service department although couldn’t really find out why my left foot and leg is always freezing when it’s cold outside there’s no heat that is dispersed to the left side under my steering wheel, but Sean took a drive with me and we decided to keep the recirculation on, and hopefully that will help on these miserably cold days

I believe the repair work was done properly. But I received no explanation of what part was replaced nor did I get an explanation from one of your service people after the work was done. I will not be doing business with Hyundai of Chantilly any longer.
