I specifically instructed the person that I dropped my car off with that. Iit should not be taken through the car wash because it was a matte finish. I dropped my car off dirty and when I picked it up, it was clean. I would like an explanation as to what happened as I’m going to hold Genesis responsible for any damage that was done to my car. Having said that the dealers policy of not providing loaners for Genesis automobiles is appalling. I would definitely not recommend anyone buying a Genesis if that policy continues. The gv 60 that I own is my dream car. The quality control seen sadly lacking. My 2016 Lexus hybrid that I kept for 8 years NEVER needed a repair. The gv 60 is on something like it's 5th recall.

I was told that the service would take one and a half to two hours. It took nearly 3 hours. The explanation was the much of the service team left for lunch. This was extremely disturbing and disappointing to me. Scheduling should take lunch into account and customers should be given an accurate understanding of how long a basic service should take. This has deeply disappointed me and will affect how I schedule my service appointments going forward.
Wait time was double what I expected. You must be seriously overbooking appointments.
