Elliot was wonderful. While you guys did the hard reset, it didn’t work and I still have no app connection. Elliot did share that could happen and which I appreciated.
She was great. She kept me up to date on everything and was very honest and knowledgeable about my repairs. I haven’t experienced that from Chantilly Genesis until now

Your online booking service system is broken- and no one answers the telephone. When I did finally get through- (only because Elliot called me) I was extremely satisfied with him. He was amazing! So friendly and listened to what I needed. He made an effort to. Got me in and out before the snow storm.
The windshield wipers were not fixed and the car was not charged.

I have a question and answer anytime good
I have a service that’s over due for the past 6 months. No update, being trying to call but no response and no callbacks. Visited the shop several times but no better answer towards the service. This is really upsetting that nobody cares.

The pick up after completion of the work was a disaster. The Genesis desk person was totally disinterested. The desk clerk whom I paid for the service first pointed to the full parking lot as the location of the car.
Your customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.
