I had to bring in the car for something you guys should have checked before I took the delivery of the car when I bought it. Nobody apologized for not checking thoroughly, and you guys didn't offer me anything for my trouble, not even a complimentary car wash.

Your impersonal scheduling system is a pain. It takes minutes to accomplish a 30 second issue. I am sure it saves you money but my time is also valuableand. If it is your purpose to save $$, I am sure a customers satisfaction is secondary in this issue. Secondary, the time I spent waiting for my service was completely out of bounds. I was advised by my service manager, " I will come and advise you when your vehicle is ready" well, 3 hours later I attempted to locate my advisor and was told she was at lunch. I was also told no one else was avaliable. I preceeded to the cashiers and asked if they had any information about my car. After some searching they very quickly found my service record and said it was complete. However, it had been completed over an hour earlier. It seems I was sent a text. However, after being told by my service advisor that she would come and get me when the vehicle was ready, I sadly took her at her word. My cell phone was put in my case so as not to interfere with other customers. I personally hate to be bothered with other peoples conversations and was not going to be one of those inconsiderate types. In any case I sat in the waiting area for 3 hours and 10 minutes for a 2 hour task. All said and done my experences were less than satisfactory. Sadly you are the closest Genesis service dealer. If I had another reasonable choice I would certinally consider them. .

It took far too much time to complete the services I was there from 8.30 until after 1:00 and it appeared that there were not enough trained service people available.

Eliott took great care of me and left me 100% satisfied with my service experience. He accommodated me when there was an error with my appointment, added in a recall fix I did not know about, and had my car done in a timely manner include a car wash.

Hello, the only problem was I had a 9:15 am appt for routine oil change. I waited for the vehicle and it wasn’t completed until 12:15. Three hours it took with a scheduled appt not good.

Jeilany Rivera is a great asset to your organization. She is a very pleasant individual who is very courteous and appears confident in the service she provides. She is able to deliver bad news to her clients with empathy, concern and understanding. I will be happy to complete the manufacturer’s survey and will rate your organization highly however I will also express my disappointment that my engine needs such serious service after such a relatively short time. I bought this car with the idea that such a big engine would provide reliable service for many years.

Elliott was great. I had an appointment 1/19 and rescheduled it for 1/21. When I arrived, my appointment was not able to be located. While u was accommodated, I waited over an hour and a half to be told they had to order the part. I was sent home in a vehicle with an inoperable driver side seat belt, creating an unsafe and ticketable offense. There should be a loaner car program in place to keep your customers in safe vehicles. I am waiting to hear when the part is in to drive back there and have it replaced.

Need to communicate progress and answer the phones or return calls. When I did recieve a call the representative was helpful. Also, my issue was not resolved.
