Genesis of Chantilly Auto Repair Service

I had a problem with my navigation system but hasn’t been fixed it so I have to make another trip.

Lack of loaner vehicle and a quick wash not expected from luxury brand.

The repair process was handled very professionally from beginning to end.

I got new tire put on today and I am pretty sure they were balanced incorrectly since how my my car was vibrating today. I will be taking my car in tomorrow.

This was my first experience getting service for my 2025 Genesis G70. I arrived in person anticipating receiving a loaner vehicle or some method of transportation, as it stated on the dealer's website. Unfortunately, the loaner program was discontinued and no other options were available. I waited in the dealership and the service center told me there was an anticipated 2 hour wait time. At the two hour time, I checked in and they had not started. The total time to complete service was 4 hours, which was twice what I expected.

Jeilany did a good job keeping me informed and explaining the problem with my car. However, it is very difficult to make an appointment using the telephone. The automated appointment phone system is terrible
