Kayla was courteous, knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions . I found her to be easy to work with. I have one complaint. I am of the opinion that your diagnostic charges are much to high. I believe these charges should be void when the work is done, and charged only if the work is not done .

We appreciate the fantastic service we receive each and every time we visit Grissom CDJR. I am so thankful that we can get in, get the vehicle serviced or repaired as necessary, within a reasonable timeframe and the vehicle always has a bath before it’s returned. Kayla, our service adviser was knowledgeable, patient when explaining the service report, and most of all, cheerful and just a pleasure to speak with. Kayla offered the very best of customer care, and we truly appreciate we always receive that from the Grissom CDJR team.

I am an employee of Stallantis (ITP) Kokomo, In. I didn’t feel the cost of having work done on my Jeep Grand Cherokee was fair and honest when it came to employee discount for two front lines and a block on a Quadra lift, that they billed me for $2000. They only took $50 off..
