I ve had my truck there twice before u
about I thought the replacement heater core was leaking they said it wasn't I had to take my truck there after I was driving it to work one day and all of my windows steamed up and I couldn't get them defogged and steam started coming out all of the vents so I had to take it back. Found out the heater core was bad again they told me it would be done Friday Jan 10 called to check on it it wasn't done they said it would be done on Monday I called late Monday afternoon they said it wasn't done it should be done Tuesday they called and said it was done but we had a problem I have blue flashing lights in my windshield area and they were smoking so they had to unhook them they were professionally installe I think something may have have happened when this work was being done. The price quote for batteries was absolutely ridiculous. I elected to pick the vehicle up and buy batteries elsewhere and save over $300. It’s just a hassle to have to bring it back to complete what needed done.
I have had it in twice for the same thing and still not fixed! Key fobs are not working after Jeep has set for a while! Any advise you can tell the techs at Grissom Chrysler Jeep would be grateful! Not getting to use the automatic start in these freezing temps is not good! Especially with my auto immune disease being cold it’s not an option for me. It is actually a big no-no.

I was quoted an hour to three hours for the software update. I was very pleased that it only took 40 minutes and was able to go onto my next appointment!! David was very patient and knowledgeable!!
