Amber the customer service rep was hands down amazing! She communicated efficiently and wonderfully! I do believe since my car part was on back order (I dropped my car off I November 11 and picked it up 1/23 ) I would get at least one call from the manager. Although I did trust the information Amber relayed having a manager contact and follow up and reiterate that the part was indeed on back order would have been nice. Especially since the car was in their care for 70 plus days. Once again I want to express Amber was wonderful! Having manager presence or at least contact once through the 70 plus day experience would have great.

The door to the gas tank was repaired and I am thankful I no longer have that worry. I thankk Amber for it being done in a timely manner. She was very helpful.

My oil change appt was at 10:30. At 12, they were fixing to start on it. The lady then told me an employee had been hurt, so that is perfectly understandable. I felt bad for having been impatient with the lady. I wanted to write this comment. I was satisfied with my service!!
