Several weeks ago we were told our car was still under warranty. After it was determined today we needed a new engine we were told the warranty expired. It would have been great to know this 3 weeks ago! Now we are behind the 8 ball needing to purchase a new car with a busy schedule ahead of us.

Serena was very polite and thorough. She went over some possible fixes with me regarding the back window water dispenser and a heater issue before my car actually went to the garage tech. Also, she was able to keep the appointment i had scheduled in person six months prior; however, for some reason it wasn't in the Kia system. Serena also re-input some of my personal information into the system because it was also gone. Serena Martinez provided outstanding customer service for me. She was understanding, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Thank You Serena:)
