This is my 4th Kia purchase and service and quality is what brings me back. Serena is a great service consultant. She ensured my first oil change w this vehicle at this new dealership (we just moved back room SC) was top notch. She’s a great team member.

Please see all previous communication regarding multiple issues throughout our relationship with your dealership. Our extremely simple issues have yet to be addressed and the treatment we have received thus far echos in a lack of integrity. We have sent out an extremely detailed email and as stated there, will be exploring outside counsel if we continue to be ignored.

My oil was not changed and my tires were not rotated and I was charged for the service. I am now bringing my car in on Saturday to have the services done .

Service was fine. My only comment (and this applies to more parties than just you) I am growing weary of the strong-arm review-us tactics so many practice today. Please, marketing people: Figure out a different way to do this! I promise you, if I had an issue I would COMPLAIN. If I am SILENT you can take as written that everything is fine.
