Excellent service by Devon. He was very helpful to me. He went out of his way to keep me informed of the service being done on my car. Because I was using a walker to get around, he made it very easy for me to complete my paperwork and brought my car up to the top entrance so that i could just get into my car from there.

The work was expensive but I knew that going in. I think the dealer can do a better job than anyone else and so the price was reasonable. I trust only a Kia dealership for an oil change. I used to use Jiffylube for years but, by failing to secure the oil plug satisfactorily, I lost an engine when it fell out. Jiffylube refused to take responsibility and I was forced to pay $6,300 for a new motor on my own. I know that Shorkey will do the job right the first time and every time. I have great faith in your staff. I’ve always been treated well by the service and parts staff. I deeply appreciate their work ethic and their voncetn for the customer. Thank you.
