Prices for services should be discussed prior to rendering service. Even for diagnostic testing. And if the problem can’t be pinpointed with diagnostic testing completed, there should be no charge for the testing. I don’t know that I’ll be brining my vehicle back to the dealership for any future services. The service prices have steadily increased and there never seem to be enough loaners for people who have to leave their vehicles. I never had these issues in the first few years I brought my car for service.

I had an appointment to have my vehicle serviced at 8:15 a.m. in the morning and left so that I could spend time with my daughters who were in town for spring break. I called at 11:00 a.m. to check on the status to learn it was not ready, so I went to the dealership to wait. James explained that there were many other customers who were waiting at the dealership to have their vehicles serviced so their’s were serviced first. While James was very apologetic, I feel this is a poor policy. Why have appointment slots, if the appointment time does not determine when the service is performed, regardless if you are present or not. I waited another hour and a half for my vehicle to be ready.

Chris, you are the “best Service Manager” I have encountered! Thank you for educating me on my service plan and getting me back on track! The staff were very nice from scheduling to checking out! When you see customers asking to say hello to Chris before they leave is assurance I’m getting best in class service, relationship is important! Great experience!
