I arrive at 9:45 a.m.. I live the new system. It's great. I was informed through text some maintenance that needed immediate attention. Addressed those by submitting for them to move forward. Muchael was a Great advisor. I had an oil pan leak ..takes 4 hrs np problem. We decided to leave. Had loaner come back Monday. Michael explained if we stayed 4 hrs top the washer or whatever instrument would have to dry..understood..Since we left the technician has ample amount of time to complete the problems and when my husband arrived the car should have been ready, but my husband said car wasn't ready. They needed to put the oil in. Now if I had chose to stay and wait for my car would the work being done correct the problem or it wouldn't have had enough time to dry but I could have drove the car the same day within 4 hours but my husband was told. They allow the part to dry and when he arrive they proceed to put the oil which completed the job...Does this sound right
.to me no...that's y I'm dissatisfied. It makes no sense that my car wasn't ready..not washed..but Saturday if my husband and I would have waited..I would have been allowed to drive my car back home assuming the part had dried..It makes no sense....
I think Michael would be my choice for future services.
We ended up leaving without our vehicle being serviced

I’ll start by saying that I am grateful that you guys were able to give me in for the service I needed in less than 48 hours. I ended up working with a service advisor who I do not normally work with, and I was overall displeased with the communication from him Regarding the timing of my service, specifically how long it would take, and then when I voiced concerns about it having taken longer, I was repeatedly told that it would just be a few more minutes. I understand that there are variables to how long a service takes, but when I raised my concern initially and requested a courtesy car, I should have been afforded that rather than told you guys were almost done. This caused me to miss a meeting and be out money that I had used to set that meeting. I also was shocked that the service advisor offered no apologies in the face of this when the front desk staff had communicated my level of disappointment. Furthermore, the new system you all have that simply sends us a list of what services need to be done with no discussion about what those things are feels inappropriate. I as someone who does not have a background in automotive maintenance has no idea how vital important those things are, how urgent they are, or how to prioritize them. I simply got a $2000 estimate on a car that’s probably not worth it. So some discussion about those items would have been greatly appreciated, and would have likely led to you all getting the opportunity to fulfill the services.
James is a very pleasant person, he’s very professional, respectful and easy to talk to. I always feel comfortable around him when I bring my vehicle in.
