MY ISSUE IS I GOT THERE AT 7:15 AND DIDNT LEAVE UNTIL 8:46 FELT LIKE MY VEHICLW QAS BEING HELD HOSTAGE. WHILE I could've been more patient I had something important to do on a time scale. Despite the issue Great job and thank you

Received a flyer for a oil change for $29.99 plus tax and fees and was told that the sales tax is on the regular price of the service. The flyer did not state that. Help me make sense of that.

I ask for an oil change & tire rotation, however I didn't know it would be a charge for the tire rotation. I explain that to the clerk & to the representative because no one ever said it would be a charge. I also said I just had my tire rotation in Nov when I did an oil change. I feel like I should not have been charge & maybe a better communication to the customers so they will know what they are being charge for.

I waited two hours for an oil change. My appointment was at 8:30 and I didn’t leave until 10:50. Upon arrival I realized it was very busy which is understandable. While waiting I talked to two other customers who were also there for an oil change & arrived 20-30 minutes after me. Although they arrived after me, their service was completed before mine & they left before me. After reviewing my service report, I wanted to have a few of the recommended services done today but due to the long wait time I decided to have them done another day. Although everything is now digital I was expecting the service rep to further explain some of the recommendations from the inspection results but he didn’t. He did ask if I had any questions & apologized for the wait but everything seemed rushed. Again, I understand that today was a busy day but the customer service could’ve been a little better.
