I am extremely disappointed in the customer service received today by the representative. Upon arrival, the representative stated that I would not be able to get my car washed today due to front end damage. I understood his reasoning and I asked if I could get my windows washed. At the end of the service, he stated that my windows could not be washed because “ the service was too backed up”. As I was seated, and he stood in front of me and insisted that I referred to the service link about the details of my vehicle. He gave vague instruction on the details of the app, as it was my first time using the digital option. Throughout the encounter his tone was condescending.I decided that I wanted no further service because I was displeased with his customer service. I watched his interaction and engagement with other customers, and I feel as if I did not receive the same care and consideration. At the time of checkout, he incorrectly quoted the tire sale, and he also tossed his card across the counter at me. This was my first encounter with this service representative, and I do not wish to have further interaction with him.
I have not picked up my vehicle yet but he has been friendly and professional and friendly

The service was great the time was good also, the technician was very respectful and specific with my needs. The only really not was good was that you not bring more snacks, It helps to dispel hunger when the wait is too long

Justin greeted me as soon as I pulled in. He informed me of a repair that was needed beyond the scheduled maintenance. He arranged a ride home and return to Nissan when the repair was completed. Both drivers were friendly and safe drivers. Always a pleasure doing business with Nissan at St Andrews Rd.

DAVE LAUER..DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB ON MY VEHICLE..I BASICALLY BROUGHT IT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE..AFTER THATCTHE NEXT DAY I EXPERIENCED ALOT OF PROBLEMS..MY DASH WAS FLASHING ALL KIND OF THINGS FRIM THECENGINE LIGHT TO MALFUNCTIONS..IT WAS VERY SCARY AND ????
