Carter was great to deal with! He had to give me bad news - which I already suspected - but he was very kind and professional in how he handled it. The most unpleasant part of the visit was the 4 hour wait from start to finish. However, I was able to get some things done. My only suggestion - which would be a total luxury- is to put a few of the small table stands for those chairs. It would have made using my laptop easier. But all in all, everyone was great to deal with; the facility was clean and bright.

The wait time was extreme almost 2/ hrs Arrived before my 10 am and left at 11:50. This was not normal Thanks have a great day!

If it wasn’t for Carter and your dealership I would have gotten rid of my car. Carter is great to work with. He doesn’t talk down to me or over my head!!

.the service dept rotated my tires but did not correct the air to the factory recommended level as I specifically requested. You all did a good job other than this. But your failure at this means i now have to go pay for air and get this done. My request was on the work order.

Carter always takes great care of me! He kept me informed of the services being done and what I needed to have done in the future. I was a little surprised at how much it would cost me to have my rear brakes replaced! Little expensive for me right now…
