After 4 visits they haven’t quite figured out what is wrong with my car’s door locking system. They replaced the actuator and today did something with the wiring. We will have to see if that takes care of the problem. They are trying to resolve it but it is sporadic and they have been unable to isolate the problem.

Service rep and technician were wrong about recommended service of my transmission. Both stated fluid change was due at 30k miles and price was about $300. When I showed them the Nissan USA recommendation for analyzing the fluid to determine when to change it, they acknowledged they can test it and the price increased the $697.

Justin was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, patient and kind. There were a lot of frustration for me due to difficulties of my vehicle and finding a suitable place to get the repairs done, however Justin provided the best service to ensure i was satisfied.

I called to speak with April who always handles my car care. I was told she was with a customer. When I got there, I was then told April left in June. Now my trust is gone. I went in for an oil change, it really took a long time. After the oil change, I was the notified that I needed an air filter. Was just not comfortable or pleased with the service

Carter was completely professional and offered quick service. I did have an issue with my Nissan’s interior however. When I retuned home I checked the third row seats and noticed dirt and dust on the backs of my seats and cargo tray, I understand that it’s necessary to crawl around the vehicle for some installations but I would appreciate it were cleaned up next time.
