I came in today for an oil change and a tire rotation. When I recieved the text with all of the recommended services, I noticed I was going to be charged 24.95 for the tire rotation. When I responded to the text, I mentioned in the comments that the tire rotation should be no charge as I purchased the tires at your shop. I thought it was taken care of, but when I got home I realized on the second page I was charged for the tire rotation.
