The people provided good customer service at the service center. I brought my Tucson hybrid into the shop because it wasn’t driving well and was making noise. The service center got me in the same day. I was very appreciative. The service center called me and said my car was ready to pick up. When I picked it up they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and the noise I’m hearing is the engine transitioning from electric to gas. It didn’t make a lot of sense but I said ok. Over the weekend the sound and continued and I called the service center again and stated that there is definitely something wrong with my car. They explained that I can bring it back in but I’ll need to leave it for a couple days. I agreed and brought it back in. They called and said they found that my front wheel barring needed replaced. They needed to order the part and I can drive the car as it won’t do any damage. I picked up my car and returned the vehicle when the part came in. The service center called again and said my car was ready however when driving it, they found that my rear wheel barring needed to be replaced but that I can drive the car and they will order the part. The part came in, and I brought my car in. The service was complete. What is frustrating is that it took four trips to the service center to get my car fixed. I live in Fort Collins and the location isn’t convenient. Again, the staff were very respectful but the quality of care and service wasn’t good. My Tucson has been problematic. My rear door doesn’t always close and my key fob needs a batter replaced often. I have brought my car in to the service center and they have reviewed each issue. They couldn’t find that there was a problem. They said the sensors are sometimes sensitive and the key fob seems to be fine. Overall, Hyundai experience hasn’t been what I had hoped for.

Kristine was very accommodating and very informative. I really did appreciate the customer service despite learning a whole new system(you rocked it Kristine). She did a very thorough job explaining all the paperwork and what the service team were going to be preforming on my car. I look forward coming in again.
