Thank you for repairing my door handle and as it being my first time there, He made the process very easy for me, which I really appreciate!
I was very disappointed. I had an oil change and tire rotation. They scratched up and chipped my rims during the tire rotation. The vehicle only has 7,200 miles on it. I take excellent care of it. I am disappointed that now I have to go through the hassle of getting something fixed that was in perfect condition before bringing it in. There were oily handprints inside the door and on the hood. Not to mention that the bolts on the oil pan cover were not tightened. I did not comment the first time when the same bolts were loose.
Always feel well taken care of by your advisors. Quality work all the way around.

The back cargo mat and spare tire cover were not put back. I had to put it back.As a jet mechanic in the Air Force small details like this matter. The perception is if small details like this are missed what else was.

We called to make appointment in advanced . Our appointment was at 8:45 am. We dropped the car off the night before and put the key in the drop box.it ended up the car was not d one til 4:40 pm. They told us at first the car would be done at 10:00am
