Saturday, I added windshield washer fluid to within one inch of the top of the reservoir, leaving room for expansion. Today, I was charged $3.99 when Joshua topped off the fluid. I do not appreciate the charge. It’s the principle, not the cost. After ten years, my return to Newbold is doubtful.
