The complete service time for an oil change and tire rotation was almost three hours. We needed input on one other matter. It just took too long.
Excellent service and fast
It took over 2.5 hours and I was waiting on sight. The air pressure in my tires were all different after my service. 34 on two of them, 29, and 31 on the other two. I would think everything would have been right after waiting that long.
Professional service and friendly staff
Mariah and her coworker Helen were very pleasant and helpful. I was in a bit of a pinch and although it was late afternoon on a Saturday they both hustled to make sure my problem would be taken care of. I had a tire with a nail in it, and without a key to the wheel lock there was no way to get the tire fixed. They promptly got someone to replace the wheel locks with regular lug nuts, and there was enough time for me to get the car to the shop and have the tire replaced before the end of the business day. Otherwise, with just one car, not knowing how long the tire with the nail in it would hold up, and my wife being precariously ill, we would have been in a difficult situation over the weekend. Thanks for the good service!

The Newbold team is and has always been beyond excellent. I wish the 2021 - 2023 Toyota vehicles had the same level of performance. My recent Toyota purchases have made me consider buying Honda vehicles. Toyota was phenomenal but the quality of the Toyota products has dropped drastically. Selling vehicles with known issues is very poor behavior and causes the consumer base to lose confidence in Toyota.
Three trips. First you didn’t have the parts. Second you ordered the wrong parts. Third time was the charm. Nothing but an apology for compensation. I live 45 minutes away.

I feel confident my car was checked over and the issues I was having we resolved
Mark was informative and kept me abreast of what was happening. I brought my car in because it had a maintenance required signal up for the ABS system. Mark told me that they looked and it was fine. He suggested I do my spark plugs in addition to what I asked for (coolant, radiator flush, alignment). Less than an hour after leaving, the light was on once again. I called and left a message. I have to figure out when I could schedule another appt. It will cost another $1000 it seems.

When I signed up online for my appointment and I chose an oil change it said it was around $78. After the oil change was done my bill was 112. Just curious why there's that big a difference.

Zero communication. My daughter took the car for a 10 am appointment and it took 3 hours. Ridiculous. Also no one told her the car was done. I had to tell her and she had to go to the desk.
