When I signed up online for my appointment and I chose an oil change it said it was around $78. After the oil change was done my bill was 112. Just curious why there's that big a difference.

Zero communication. My daughter took the car for a 10 am appointment and it took 3 hours. Ridiculous. Also no one told her the car was done. I had to tell her and she had to go to the desk.

I bought this Sequoia new in 2006 at Newbold and have it serviced there when it needs it. They do a good job and I trust them to keep it in great shape

I didn’t have any issues with the service I received from Shawn. The issue I had was with the dealership no longer providing a loaner vehicle when the service spans more than one day. I’ve brought my previous Toyota vehicles to Newbold for service in the past and was always offered a loaner vehicle when the repair was going to take more than one day. I’m highly disappointed with this new policy.

Mirah was very good. She explained all the services I was getting done and the necessity of each. I was not happy about having to pay an extra fee because I used my credit card.Totally unfair.

As far as the service for today I feel like it was adequate but my problem is that I have a mirror that has yellowing paint that I brought up to the service rep before it passed the 36,000 miles and it was supposed to be looked into and I have never heard anything since and it was pretty much told today that there wasn’t anything that could be done about it. So that makes me not completely satisfied.
