I was not greeted upon entering the shop. Mariah should have greeted me with a “Hello, I’ll be with you in one moment” rather she said nothing for a few minutes until she was done clicking on her computer.

It simply took too long. 2.5 almost 3 hrs for tire rotation, LOF and brake fluid change…it’s just too long.
