It simply took too long. 2.5 almost 3 hrs for tire rotation, LOF and brake fluid change…it’s just too long.

Very satisfied with the service performed but disappointed in the length of time it took. It was the 5,000 mi tire rotation/ check-up. My appointment was for 9:30. I arrived at 9:15, and the car wasn’t done until about 11:30. Based on priory experiences with this type of service I was planning on it taking no more than an hour. That said, I’ll give Newbold a pass this time and will plan on service appointments to take longer than I’m used to at my small town CDJR dealer. I did appreciate the video of the work Perry. Comforting to know the work was thorough.
