I made an appointment to have new tires and an oil change on my daughter’s car. I scheduled the appointment on Monday. The soonest you had was Friday at 4:15. The reason for the appointment was my daughter is going on a 22 hour car ride and I wanted her to have new tires. When she arrived for the appointment, Dana chewed her **** as well as mine and my husband’s when my daughter called me upset. Dana went on to tell us that she needed to know who scheduled the appointment because of your hours and how long it takes to do scheduled items. I don’t know your hours. I don’t know how long it takes to put new tires on and do an oil change. What I do know is I will not be bringing my vehicle back nor my daughter‘s vehicle back because of the way Dana S

I didn’t like that when I made the appointment I received a text about desperately needing to buy used vehicles and trying to get a trade in. It’s a new car and I just want my oil changed. Just felt a little icky.
It took almost 2 hours to program a key fob. That is ridiculous.
I have a question as to why my car sometimes beeps eight times when I lock the doors. The service advisor reproduced the problem and said he put it on the ticket. I got no answer back other than “it didn’t do it for us. “
My vehicle was serviced in a prompt manner. Dana was very informative about the issue and explained possible service options to me in a timely manner that I understood.
It’s always a pleasure when Dana is there. She has such a great personality and she is always on top of things with my vehicle.

according to display in truck the tire pressure doesn't match what mechanic wrote down on any tire. had right rear tire patched 2 weeks ago and 40 lb of air showed on display it still does now. not comfortable I got anything done to my truck.
